The mine pump should be regularly nursing, and today we will introduce the following precautions for the nursing of the following spray pumping stations.
1, daily maintenance and maintenance (1) check whether the connecting parts and fasteners are loose. Whether or not the joints are leaking. (2) check whether the locking screw sleeve is loose at the junction of the plunger and the slider before the pump is opened. If loosening is tightened in time. (3) often check whether the suction screw plug is loose with the hand, and tighten it hard. This check should not be less than two times a week. (4) check the seal of each part to be reliable, mainly the slider oil seal and the plunger seal. (5) in order to ensure the normal use of the plunger, please pay attention to the timely increase of the oil volume in the lube pool, and ensure the integrity of the wool. (N46 oil is added to the tank, and then dripped through the wool to the plunger). (6) check the performance of the inlet and drain valve. Observe the beat rhythm and the beat of the pressure gauge in the valve group at the usual time, if it is abnormal, and deal with it in time (see section sixth). (7) when the ambient temperature is less than or equal to 00C using the pump, stop the pump should be placed as far as the liquid inlet cavity of the liquid, to avoid freezing box. 2. There are two ways to replace the sealing ring (see Figure three). (conditions permit, and second methods are preferred.) (1) disconnect the connection between the plunger and the slide block, screw down the plugging cavity of the pump head, release the screw sleeve and the tyre coupling, and let the slide block push the plunger out and draw out the plunger from the pump head. Unload the lock nut and press the screw sleeve, take out the guide sleeve and the plunger seal ring. When reloading, three seals should be replaced in groups, the position of the interface should be separated from each other 1200, and the seal ring should be coated with clean grease on the front of the high pressure steel sleeve. The buckle pressing screw sleeve screw, loaded slowly in the plunger surface coated with lubricating oil, finally use the fork plate hand tighten the compression nut pressing plunger. (2) unload the head of the pump, remove the steel sleeve components, unload the plunger, nut, screw plug, plunger seal ring and so on, and then reload according to the above methods. 3. Maintenance of well maintenance During the long term operation of the pump, due to wear and rust and other reasons, the original accuracy and performance have been lost. Periodic inspection should be carried out. According to the actual situation, the vulnerable parts can be replaced and the original performance will be basically restored. (1) the axle bush can not be misplaced before and after the big head of the connecting rod. The tightening torque of the connecting rod bolt is 120 + 5N m. Screw should be tightened cross, and locking washer lock to prevent loose.
