Inspections include dimensions, appearance, function, and components compatibility test. Only when initial inspection passes should we move to mass production.

MASS PRODUCTION

Finished product production line initiation, changing of correct product model, machines calibration, diameter measurement, valve stem and gauge measurement.  24 units of test samples. Only when inspection passes should we move to mass production.

DETECTION SENSITIVITY

Hourly response rate test. Bi-hourly product dimension, and underwater smoothness and airtightness tests.

SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

Finished and semi-finished product production line inspection: During production, hourly inspection on quality of products, mainly based on appearance. Semi-finished product inspection (e.g. plastic injection and extrusion), mainly based on dimension and appearance.  Fittings on plastic cap, atomisation and spraying test on nozzle.

QUALITY TESTING

Product quality check before packing. Sealed shipping carton delivered to inspection room. Random inspection prior to warehousing. Inspection requirements: random-check one out of every five cartons, and full-check one out of every ten cartons. Passed products will be stamped, sealed and stored in warehouse.

SAMPLING INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS

To ensure deliverable quality and avoid leakage of unqualified products, we will implement final check before dispatch. Final check requirements: 1-2 cartons for every pallet. Appearance check for usual products and specific check for particular products.
